• Practice makes perfect: Rehearse your vows so that you feel comfortable speaking them, but leave room for improvisation and honest emotion.
• Keep it concise: One to two minutes may not seem like a long time, but when you are speaking, it may seem like an eternity. Find that nice balance between not being too short where your vows may not be impactful, and too long where you will lose your audience’s attention.
• Vision of your future together: Wrap up your vows by describing the life you hope to build together and reinforce your unwavering devotion to your partner.
