2022: A New Year comes with New Expectations

According to a recent study, 47% of professionals are planning to move to the city of their choosing, because remote work is possible and desired.  No longer being chained to a particular city or desk makes a huge difference in employees' happiness and loyalty.

The future of the Customer Experience (CX) is Digital Workforce- Over half of business owners say that an absence of foresight and trepidation prevented their implementation of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in their CX. AI is a reality, no longer something futuristic; it is here and now and in your face. Many businesses have already implemented "intelligent virtual agents" (IVAs), to supplement self-service channels and automate monotonous/tedious undertakings, so that employees can focus on more important customer interactions. Your business should be evaluating IVAs to ensure smooth-running business operations. Don't find yourself left behind.
